Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unused items in their original packaging.
  • Custom and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Moissanite and custom pieces cannot be returned.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it free of charge under our Lifetime Guarantee.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Lifetime Guarantee

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers any manufacturing defects. If your jewelry experiences breakage due to a craftsmanship issue, we will replace it once for free.
