Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship Monday through Friday, during business hours.

Shipping Methods: UPS, USPS

Shipping Time: Domestic (U.S.): 1–5 business days. International: 7–10 business days.

Shipping Cost: Shipping is FREE for all orders being shipped within the domestic United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Processing time differs from product to product. Most in-stock items can be shipped within 24 hours, while advanced custom orders may take 3–4 weeks.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification at the email address provided with your order, including your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Please note that, on occasion, transactions may take additional time to be received and confirmed by our bank. Transactions may require up to 24–48 hours to process. Shipping will commence once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Please place your order before 1:00 PM EST for same-day processing when applicable. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the following business day.

Most in-stock items are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse. If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase or is a custom or made-to-order item, it may be fulfilled from one of our additional manufacturing or fulfillment facilities.

The fulfillment location of an item does not qualify the order for cancellation or a refund.

All shipping and processing timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

For standard orders, shipping typically takes 1–5 business days once dispatched. International shipping typically takes 7–10 business days.

For custom or made-to-order items, manufacturing may require approximately 3–6 weeks.

Delays may occur due to material availability, design changes, manufacturing complexity, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of Sterling Tomorrow's control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, excise taxes, or other government-imposed fees.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other governmental fees associated with their order. These charges are typically collected by the applicable government agency, customs authority, postal service, or carrier.

Sterling Tomorrow does not calculate or collect these charges unless specifically shown during checkout.

If an international shipment is returned because applicable customs charges were not paid, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and return fees.

If a customer refuses to pay required customs fees and the package is subsequently abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise not returned to Sterling Tomorrow, a refund or replacement may not be available.

Orders enter processing quickly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing or manufacturing, we may be unable to cancel the order or make changes to the items, specifications, or shipping information.

For custom and made-to-order jewelry, changes cannot be guaranteed once manufacturing has begun.
